About Ladbrokes

Ladbrokes are a long-standing, respected British stalwart of the gambling industry and now a reputed online betting sportsbook. Not to mention their ventures into casino, bingo and other iGaming areas. They are a quality brand and bring the same professionalism to their online offering, as you would expect from their high-street experience.

The website is BOLD and awash with the red brand, I personally find it a bit overwhelming, but if you are an expert gambler it probably suits you very nicely, as the top markets are available and package neatly into the homepage. The opening offer is standard for the best in the industry and follows a similar matched amount theme.

Professional

Ladbrokes are one of the longest serving bookies in both the online and high street arenas and with comes the professionalism of a great brand. they do everything with class and whilst the site isn't to my tastes it comes across as an exceptionally well designed platform.

Bonus, Offers & Promo Codes

You are introduced to Ladbrokes with the potential to earn a matched 100% bonus up to £50. This is a traditional betting offer, somewhat competitive within the market and would appeal to anyone who has not tried Ladbrokes before.

They also offer of existing promotions, like price boosts on daily markets in horse racing & football (or whatever is current & popular) and whilst its not the flagship sport they pioneer UK darts betting with similar offers.

Inplay & Cashout

Its common practice to offer in play betting and you’d be pretty poor to not have some kind of live betting system. The Ladbrokes in play section is conveniently positions within touching distance of all the major markets making it easy to access and highlights the appeal to Ladbrokes customers. They have added the addition of the ‘Next team to score’ button on the main page, which shows they understand the customers preferred in play bets (something a lot of other don’t do). However, with a quick click you can access further in play markets as per each selection.

Cashout is available for standard scenarios, this normally only means single or e/w accas on most sports and single bets that can be monitored over a time period (like a 90min football match, whereas a horse race tends to suspend at the off).

The Website

I’m personally not a great fan of the site, but don’t get me wrong its new, its stylish… but I prefer the compact single column based designs (similar to what you see on this site). The Ladbrokes website I’m sure would suit the gambler who is familiar with using a multi-market interface, where there are lots of options to entice you into a particular bet.

If you are looking to browse the top scenarios or popular markets its great for that. Lots of choice and a clear understanding of what’s about to kick off or start. You can access all the categories with ease and theirs lots to do without being encouraged to venture off into casino or slots like some sites.

Mobile & App

The Ladbrokes website responsively responds to smaller screens and is therefore suited to mobile and tablet use without complications. For faster access you can download their dedicated app on Android and iOS. It’s a condensed version of the main site with access to all the same features, markets and account information.

Customer Service

They’re very transparent in their customer service, I presume being a high street leader they want to avoid customers trying to inquire in shops regarding any online issues. Therefore, they have a variety of different ways for contacting support, from phone, live chat to direct mail or email. Access is clear and live chat seems to be available during reasonable times. One positive is I have never had to contact Ladbrokes customer service, which for me underpins their nature as a market leader – I have never had a problem to complain about.
