Our BetVictor review covers everything you need to know about the online bookmaker, from claiming a sign-up offer to in-play betting markets. Here’s what you can expect to find in our comprehensive review:

About BetVictor Sportsbook

BetVictor is the evolution of Victor Chandler’s reputable bookmakers, and the brand moved online in the 1990s and has gone through various restyles from VC Bet back to Victor Chandler and then to BetVictor.

They are sportsbook specialists who have ventured into other digital gambling markets, and they excel at offering enticing and thorough football betting markets.

BetVictor Sportsbook Free Bet, Promo & Bonus Code

BetVictor’s opening offer is a bet £10 and receive £40 worth of free bets, which is one of the more generous welcome bonus offers around at the moment. Of course there are certain stipulations around how the offer is delivered.

They have a modest set of membership promotions, acca insurance on football and tennis, a £5 bonus on Champions league bets worth £25. I say modest because the site is overrun with marketing deals like some other brands, so it’s a bit of a blessing in that you’re not distracted by dubious offers on particular markets, but also a bit of a curse in that some offers on dubious markets can often be quite tempting.

A look through the sports on offer shows that BetVictor has a wide range of sportsbooks, with all major sports as well as some interesting and more niche ones covered off. Basically, you won’t be short of options here as there are a lot of competitions/leagues covered here and a fair few sub-markets.

A dedicated offers section has a selection of regularly-updated promotions.

In-Play & Cashout with BetVictor

The in-play is pretty decent, a nifty digital display helps guide you through specific football matches and they cover all UK markets.

They have a substantial set of in-play markets where other brands may chose to restrict options for live betting, and this is a massive plus in their favour. A lack of live streaming is made up for with a decent stats-based visual representation of what’s going on in live events.

BetVictor’s cashout option is a really good one, and is widely available throughout the many markets and sub-markets they offer. There’s also a partial cashout on offer too. BetVictor is definitely a no thrills brand, so there are no innovations to note or quirky gimmicks on their cash out system, but this isn’t a bad thing as BetVictor’s simplicity is a positive in our eyes.

Desktop & Website Based Experience with BetVictor

BetVictor is a simply crafted website, and it seems very easy to navigate. As a sportspook specialist it appears they have chosen to stick by their most popular markets and haven’t slipped into the mantra of offering everything and anything.

There are links into casino, poker, virtual betting and so on, but the website isn’t overwhelmed with options or distractions into other areas of the site. Everything appears to be laid out quite neatly and is easy to navigate.

In terms of speed and quick loading, BetVictor’s site doesn’t miss a beat and we can’t pick any holes there.

BetVictor Review: Mobile Website & App Based Experience

The website isn’t responsive, which means it may be buggy on certain displays on older or smaller computers/laptops.

They have a separate dedicated mobile website which isn’t the modern approach but it works.

There’s a dedicated app on Android and iPhone which has much the same functionality as the mobile site, and is a solid and fast. It’s visually easy to follow and use, and provides a good user experience on mobile.

Safety & Security When Using BetVictor

Fully licensed with the UK Gambling Commission, as is standard, and with a detailed privacy policy around user data collection and usage, BetVictor fulfils all the security measures you’d expect of a leading bookie.

They have a number of safeguarding measures in place to help bettors avoid running into problems with their betting activity, including self-exclusion tools which form part of their extensive safer gambling section.

BetVictor Review: Customer Service & Support Experience

I’ve contacted chat support on a couple of occasions and found them very responsive, eager to help and my queries were resolved. On one occasion I was compensated with a free bet after a site crash – I wasn’t particularly inconvenienced but customer service were quick to appease the situation.

They also have an excellent FAQ section in place that will solve a vast number of run-of-the-mill queries, as well the usual channels of contact such as email, phone and social media.

BetVictor Review: Final Overview

Summing up our BetVictor review, they’re a football betting specialists with good customer offers, a solid website and mobile app experience, and overall care and attention to customers, BetVictor is a reputable bookie which we believe is one of the better brands in the market. BetVictor Review:
